Description

SY- 4026 is our well developed organ silicon emulsion type defoamer which can be used for a wide variety of foam control application. It can effectively eliminate and inhibit the stubborn bubble due to the different surfactants under the condition of high temperature and high alkali. It has many advantages, such as: very stable emulsion, low consumption, not easy to adhere to the machines and mesh, enhancing the work efficiency of the machines, sizing percentage, and pulp washes level. It is very useful to save the production and raw materials cost for the pulping mills.

Typical Properties

How to use

SY-4026 can be used directly or after proper dilution with water. The diluted emulsion should be stirred gently before use. The general dosage is 100g-500g per ton. The actual amount depends on different foaming problem and should be determined according to the tests result.

Storage & Handling

SY-4026 should be sealed and stock under room temperature and away from light. Exposure to extremely hot or cold environment should be avoided.

SY-4026 is available in 200kgs, 1000kgs, or negotiated packages.

The shelf life is 1 year.

Product safety

In case of freezing during transportation and storage, the defoamer should be unfreeze naturally and stirred evenly before use.

Avoid contact with eyes and respiratory system. Once happen, please wash with lots of water. Visiting a doctor is necessary if the situation is serious.
